Whether you’re buying or selling your home, we offer a full spectrum of inspection services to meet your needs: Complete Inspections for purchase or sale include a 4 Point and a Wind Mitigation Report for $495 a house or $395 for a condo. We also provide inspections for Pool and Spa, Termite-insect Reports and Mold testing.
Required reports for insurance only are $130.

Our Report
Learn MoreWe provide an easy-to-understand report including visuals and recommendations. The report includes a summary of the condition of the home and details on all the major systems of the home. It is delivered immediately after the inspection in some cases. Otherwise, within 24 hours after the inspection if further investigation is needed to determine ages of systems and permits.
